Suzanne Ogden
Suzanne Ogden has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving medical negligence, wrongful death, and vulnerable adult abuse and neglect, including claims for failure to diagnose, failure to treat, medical error, unexpected/adverse outcome following medical treatment, agency and ostensible agency claims, negligent privileging and credentialing, and punitive damages.
In addition, Suzanne represents clients before professional licensing boards for investigation interviews, board hearings and administrative hearings.
Suzanne also has experience representing clients in matters involving product liability and product misuse.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Suzanne practiced as a registered nurse, primarily in the areas of endoscopy, special procedures and outpatient surgery.
